Transition Partnerships Collective was born from more than two decades of working at the intersection of sustainability, strategic partnerships and global convening. After spending my career helping organisations tell their story, build meaningful alliances and unlock high-value sponsorships, I felt it was time to bring that experience together into something more personal — something that reflects both my values and the kind of impact I want to help others create.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked with leaders across climate, energy, technology, cities, the built environment and global policy. Along the way, I’ve seen how powerful the right partnership can be: a single conversation that unlocks a multi-year collaboration; a shared commitment that accelerates action; or a new platform that helps important voices reach global audiences. These experiences inspired me to create a consultancy fully dedicated to helping purpose-driven organisations build the relationships and visibility they need to deliver real change.

My journey has taken me through boardrooms, COP summits, multi-stakeholder forums and international events. I’ve worked with executives, innovators, NGOs, foundations and policymakers — and what I’ve learned is that meaningful progress always comes back to people, trust and shared ambition.
